If you like any of our properties and you would like to think it through, you can make a completely non-binding reservation valid for three business days. The reservation will become binding when the reservation contract is signed and the reservation fee of 100 000 CZK* is paid.
*The reservation fee is part of the price of the property and is paid into the project account within 5 days of concluding the reservation contract.

We will sign a preliminary contract and you will pay the installments of the purchase price
Within the period specified in the reservation contract, we will sign a contract on the future purchase contract with you, which precisely specifies the purchased property, determines the terms of payment and the extent of modifications, to what extent it is possible to modify the purchased property according to your wishes.
1st installment in the amount of 15% of the purchase price within 10 days of signing the contract on the future purchase contract, reduced by the paid reservation fee.
2nd installment in the amount of 50% within 30 days from the delivery of the notification of the completion of the gross construction and the deposit of the Declaration of the owner of the building of the constructed units to the Land Registry. It is already possible to draw a mortgage loan for the second installment.
3rd installment in the amount of 30% of the purchase price within 30 days from the delivery of the notice of installation and plastering.
4th installment in the amount of 5% of the purchase price within 15 days from the delivery of the building approval notice.

Paid! The real property is officially yours.
After payment of the remainder of the purchase price according to the payment calendar, we will sign a contract on the transfer of the real property to your ownership. The time-limit for signing this contract and entry of the ownership right in the land register depend on the selected type of financing and the state of erection of the real property.
Who will handle the entry in the land register?
Together with the contract to transfer the real property, we will prepare all the documents necessary for an entry of the ownership right and subsequently we will send such documents to the relevant land register.
We will hand over the keys to you
After a detailed final inspection at the building site in the presence of the client and a DOMOPLAN’s representative, a handover record will be signed and the keys and the files with documents containing especially the warranty certificates and user manuals for installed equipment will be handed over. We will record the status of the energy and water meters at the takeover of the keys. On the basis of your consent, we will handle the media registration. So you do not need to take care of anything.
And what happens if something breaks down?
A responsible complaints technician will contact you within 5 working days of the service of a complaint to the company’s registered office, at the latest. He will arrange a date of local investigation and if the defect is acknowledged as justified, the claimed defect will be removed within an agreed period of time or within thirty days of the local investigation.
